the bane of my existence

Anxious | "Frayed Edge of Sanity"

so, marcy and I decided awhile back that the people we know are the only people we really want to have to deal with...

...that plus the fact that we do not have any small children nor attend church in a schoolhouse, and it was clear that we needed to leave South Riding and head for the country.

as such, we bought a house in Middleburg (excellent!) but we now have to sell the (town)house in South Riding.

the market is great for home buying/selling these days, so what could be the poblem you ask??

(1) there are approximately 876,000 homes for sale in South Riding at this very moment  (2) having to keep the house clean so that people can trapse through it all day is not my forte

so....anybody want to buy a house in South Riding so I can get on with moving to the country and eating me alot of peaches?

tks! :)

    $3.00!!

You have a deck and a fence now! That's easily worth $3.00!

where the heck are the pictures of this new mansion in Middleburg? are there going to be horses, cows, chickens or a vineyard? if not, i can't imagine that it'll be any better than your THouse in SR. ;)

Who're you using to process the sale. I got someone for you...seriously. Not anyone I'm connected to...they just sold my brother-in-law's in SR for a record amount.

It's pretty interesting, actually. Evidently, there are two major players in the sales market out there. Each of them are willing to do just about anything to trump the other. But, since you're likely using one of the two, you probably already know that.

Anyway, if interested, give a shout.
