people still buy their music??
Surprised | Not Metalica, thats for sure
...and in other News, Metalica sues the letter "M" for breach of verbal exclusivity contract, and sues 4,768 companies for use of the term "metal" in descriptions of their products...
so...because they were horrendously repetitive and incapable of using any other chords for their first 4 albums, they over used these 2, and now they "own" them and anyone else using them is stealing from them?? hello?? what, are they planning to "retire" these 2 chords and hang banners from the rafters at their shows? amazing.
this, plus the fact that their music now sucks, and people still buy it?
Ajax from the film "Warriors" has a good description of what Metallica has done, if you've seen it, you know what I mean and why I won't write it here...

I dunno. This one makes me very suspicious. The link to the "official" Metallica Web site listing a defending statement links to a page on the scoopthis site...not metallica.com. (http://www1.scoopthis.com/411
/met_uf/stc_met_uf.htm)
I think MTV may be taking the Punk'd thing a bit far.
